Swan Builders can provide roadside retaining walls with a minimum of disruption to the area and its traffic. Keeping our island roads open does, sometimes, mean closing them for a while to improve conditions.
When a hill slides or crumbles onto the street too often, a roadside retaining wall is often an effective and economical solution. In the case of this project, we also were able to provide plenty of custom faux stone treatments using texture and color — a kind of sculpture, really. The end result looks like a natural stone outcropping in the neighborhood, just more island beauty… unless one stops to look very closely.
We manage as many facets of this type of project as the job requires.
