This project called on Swan Builders to excavate and pour a concrete slab foundation to specification. Where it was expedient, we also provided other flatwork for this luxury residence.
Foundation work is exacting because it affects every subsequent part of a build, to the very end, and corrections are rarely simple or ideal. Swan Builders takes every precaution in order to get it right the first time.
